Everyone I interacted with at LanceSoft was extremely helpful and kind. They answered my emails usually within 30 minutes or less, often within only 10 minutes or less. They were very thorough and made sure that I understood everything during the Onboarding process. They also helped whenever I had a question, and always provided very kind support.
