Nepotism ,unqualified team leads don't even have basic skill to talk to USA citizen ,People just take you out if you perform well than a lead . Keep you in lot of trouble , it like a family business which is going on , and even they literally abuse you on floor , waste hr management, the lazy hr . Always sleeps . And people who enslave them self to team lead ,they will submit the resume which is irrelevant with the jd .So Just to take out the smart Working individual work . Its family business which is going , crowd is mediocre ,except couple of people .even they tamper your system and check it in your absence . Even the employees literally throw the thrash on floor and hr won't even take action on him or her . screwed up work ethics It is reality . I hope my review help other to stop other .
