      Fun friday- internal activities every month as company conducts and makes the employees feel better for sometime from work pressure

      Cons

      If you are a fresher you can join the company to improve your communication skills. But if you are a career oriented and focused on future, don't even think about this company as they will fire you if you won't reach your targets on time and terminates you without giving any prior notice to you at any time
