Worst Assessment and termination policy - US Recruiter LanceSoft Employee Review

I really had bad experience with Lancesoft.They don't even know how to  conduct Assessment they just need a reason to terminate you  .Before joining LanceSoft make sure you are Financial stable because there is no job security and for MBA professionals I will suggest never join as a recruiter in any recruiting farm because its not your kind of job.Office infrastructure was also not good at LanceSoft by working there you will feel like you are working in call centrer.Finally make sure you are financially stable because they may terminate you without any proper reason.
