I'm happy to work with Lancesoft. From day one the staff was very helpful. The onboarding paper work was long. The HR staff Vaidehi Katekar was helpful. Very polite and understanding. The manager Ankit is always there for me. No matter what question you have he will help you or get someone else to help. If you need time off or timesheets or equipment, the company is on the ball. No hesitation at all....I didnt signed up for benefits at all. They didnt force anything. They take care of employees. I'm so happy. 😃

Well I have only one. There's a small language barrier. I experience that with one person. So we text each other. It works..
