Pros
Alright so first of all this is my second job and the things which I personally felt good about here are: 1) The work culture- working with smart people will always help us to grow. 2) Work ethics is nice, although you should know how to be professional. 3) Growth in profession.
Cons
So till now, I have not found anything, serious, but I will suggest that there should be some interactive games every Friday so that we can connect with our colleagues in a better way.
