Decent pay, terrible communication. - Contractor LanceSoft Employee Review

The communication is awful. There is no email communication, all business is done via phone calls, no paper trail, no accountability. I have been called outside of business hours on the regular. In the 1 year I worked here, I have been contacted by 5 “hr representatives”, all telling me different things. Also, I am being required to write this review, so there is that.
