Sinkhole - Think twice before Jumping IN - Senior Manager LanceSoft Employee Review

Here are some of my personal observations into Lancesoft in the 6 months that I am into the system(now I am happy that I am out of this sinkhole) 1) Management and Managers are least bothered about Employee wellbeing 2) HR - One of the powerless HR I have ever seen in my 2 decade experience 3) No proper employee benefits whatsoever from this company 4) You will forget every technical/Soft skills that you have ever learnt and forced to listen to some Senseless guy, who calls themselves Managers. 5) Worklife balance - You will be made to work from 10 AM to 2 AM/3AM also, so choose wisely. 6) No professional ethics whatsoever 7) You will become GHAJINI(Trauma), trying to remember what you learnt once you are out of this company :P
