Worst HR experience - Consultant Specialist LanceSoft Employee Review

1) Joining formality is just like collage admission back in 90's all manual paper work, 2) i have shared my Clearance from client for time sheet approval as well as Asset transfers before my LWD, when i sent an email to HR to check the status of my FNF 1 week later my LWD, HR was your Time sheet is pending for approval. so either Lancesoft is not providing lap and email to the HR or HR are so busy that they don't have time to check on their primary Task . 3) There is no time to time HR session for performance review and all, No dedicated manager as well for the employee.
