When something goes wrong, departments blamed each other instead of fixing the problems. The pay was low and there was almost no work life balance. Some of the company's actions seemed unethical and made it hard to trust the business. Employees were treated like they could be replaced at any time. Beware before accepting a job here because this company does not offer the stability or support that people deserve.
