Landmarks specialist college is a toxic workplace. I have been made ill from my time working here due to high stress, constant change and bullying from management. They don't want to hear what you feel or how workload is impacting on you, they just vilify you for not doing anything to the unclear expected standard. Staff are kept on secondments so they can be moved around or dropped with no notice. Landmarks actively pushes away dedicated staff by treating them appallingly, but wonder why the turnover rate is so high. They lost nearly a third of staff last year- speaks volumes. Please reconsider applying here, you'll find out soon enough why if you are employed by them and it isn't worth sacrificing your health.
