Pros
I was employee number 216 and started with the company in 1986. As a start-up, there was lots of hard work, but it paid well, with good benefits, and the teamwork was great. There work was always interesting and challenging and we were encouraged to be innovative problem-solvers. I worked there for 14.5 years and really enjoyed it. I have been gone since 2002, but many of my friends are still there. If you like challenging, interesting, hard work, and working with people, this might be the place for you.
Cons
In the mid-90s, there seemed to be more and more Brits in management, many of whom were rather condescending and over-bearing - but luckily not so much in the Customer Support area. If you don't like to work hard, don't enjoy working with clients, and don't like working in/with a team, this is probably not the place for you.
