There are no pros seriously.

Cons

Managers are all miserable. When corporate visits the office, they put on a false persona and that is the only time they are nice to you. They scam residents and it should be illegal the way they do business. Raising rent prices through a legal loophole. I quit because I got yelled at by someone high up for wanting to take a weekend off. It’s all minimum wage too. You supposedly make commission off of leases but the managers assign lease bonuses to themselves even when you did all the work. Also you don’t get to choose your schedule as a part time employee. It’s ridiculous, the managers just do whatever they want and discipline you if you can’t show up.

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
