Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development.
We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively
No room for promotion. No future. Low pay . One of the Lowest pay for maintenance in the area. You’re expected to do everything in house and they won’t pay for the parts you need to fix things. The only people making money are management. They’re well taken care of. You’re have to commit to working every day for a month during summer.
