Great people, enviroment, opportunity to grow

Cons

Certain people that arent in cliques aren't recognized. Pay is not good at all. The new property opening needs to be more organized. Construction is terrible

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
