Thank you for your feedback! We value our employees and seek to recognize all hard work no matter the position. Each year at our Annual Leadership Conference, we host an Award's Ceremony that recognizes our employees and properties who stand out and make significant strides, in the operational sense. Please feel free to share your specific thoughts by emailing feedback@landmarkproperties.com to provide suggestions on the type of recognition/appreciation ideas you'd like us to implement going forward. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
