Pros

Possible promotions within the company

Cons

No work/life balance. Expected to work more than 40 hrs/week with no extra pay. Cult like culture within the company (if you do not conform to their values, they will try to push you out of the company) HR department NEVER takes complaints or letters seriously and WILL downplay any type of negative feedback/bad work environment. They do not care about their employees, they treat you as very replaceable and they will replace you easily if you do not cooperate the way in which they want you to. You have no say in anything and they make that clear. There is also no diversity within the company at all. Only time they care about you is if you have been working for the company from the start.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
