company culture is nice as a community manager. You can get really close to your coworkers which is beneficial.
Cons
No work life balance. Expected to work 24/7 even while on PTO. Upper management is hard to work with and they are not focused on the employees. Pizza party is the definition of employee appreciation here. They have their favorites and it shows. If you want to grow past community manager, you will need to suck up.

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.
Cons
Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
