Pros

Good work life balance if you take ownership making it a priority. Amount of work fluctuates, so slow times can drag, but I never feel overworked and managers are quick to help if you do need it. Decent pay, unlimited sick days. Great campus with larger work spaces, on-site gym with fitness classes, amazing food choices. Grill out days in the summer, half day Fridays. Access to sample store with deep discounted product.

Cons

Not many vacation days for limited experience being a salaried position. Upper management tries to force their styles on teams instead of adapting and working with the team to find the best style, not a deal breaker if you have a solid middle manager to counteract it. Commute is long from Madison, living in Dodgeville leaves much to be desired if you appreciate diversity in culture and hustle&bustle.

Good Internship Experience with lots of hands on learning and projects.

Cons

You have to either live near or commute to Dodgeville every weekday.
