      Pros

      Fairly stable, large company although I'm not sure how badly COVID will impact this. Pay was average. Insurance was ok. CEO seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Upper management is out of touch with the day to day work being done in their department. Favoritism is obvious. Work schedule is 8-5 (unpaid lunch) for salaried employees.

      Good Internship Experience with lots of hands on learning and projects.

      Cons

      You have to either live near or commute to Dodgeville every weekday.
