      Pioneer in e-commerce & DTC, puts customer first always, spacious campus with athletic facility

      Cons

      Many changes in leadership can make it challenging, Land' End purports desire to try new approaches but is slow to adopt/actually make a change. Can be difficult with newcomers as some long time associates have been with company 20+ yrs, trust is slowly earned. Senior Team can advocate too much for self/personal functional area.

      You have to either live near or commute to Dodgeville every weekday.
