      Pros

      E-Commerce and complex operations was a very interesting experience. I enjoyed many things there.

      Cons

      Turn-over - Didn't (or couldn't) backfill quick enough. Had hard time getting good job candidates for my positions as well

      Good Internship Experience with lots of hands on learning and projects.

      Cons

      You have to either live near or commute to Dodgeville every weekday.
