      Easy work, super lenient, work independently

      Cons

      You start out as a flex/seasonal employee and it takes a while to be able to get a full time position. Summers are super busy so expect to work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day. Spring is super slow and unless you’re full time, you will only work an average of 6 hours a week.

      Good Internship Experience with lots of hands on learning and projects.

      Cons

      You have to either live near or commute to Dodgeville every weekday.
