Pros
Great work environment and culture . Paid Time and half for overtime hours for people paid hourly not salary . Lots of Free food and goodies for employees . Great in house training seminars that offer employees a chance to learn about other aspects of engineering . Free Health Benefits ! Great coffee machine 😄
Cons
Very very poor work life balance ! You are expected to work and work and work until you have completed two days of work in one ! The base pay is very very low compared to other companies ! Managers care only that you do not go over the projects budget ! Too much work not enough staff ! You are being worked like a horse, working for two people instead of 1 .
