Pros
Langan prides itself on providing the highest quality (and generally expensive) service to clients. From my perspective, I can say that a majority of the work the company has done supports the promise of "technical excellence." Most of the people I worked with are smart, highly-motivated, and pleasant coworkers.
Cons
While Langan does encourage its employees to learn new skills and supports continuing education, the importance of the "billable hour" is made clear. Understandable, but some managers could probably do a better job of dealing with this business necessity without passing all the stress onto staff-level employees. Generally, I did not have trouble with this, but I discussed the issue with other coworkers.
