Pros

Great culture, friendly environment with people willing to help you with any questions you may have. Management and staff are very friendly, and office culture is drama free.

Cons

Very conservative approach to land development. Transition from staff to management level does not prepare you for managerial duties. Training courses for new project managers would be recommended. Additionally, day-to-day workload s very unpredictable. You might never know what days you will leave on time, and what days you will leave at midnight.
