Cons
While the firm is an engineering organization not a lot of credit goes to the support staff, accounting, HR, IT, etc...The often time are what makes the machine move but are very rarely recognized for their contributions. The burden of a fast paced work environment is visible in the stress levels of management. It was very hard to get time with anyone and push projects through due to the seemingly impossible workload of the principles and associates.
