      Well respected and highly qualified engineers. Fair compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the project managers have very little respect for the staff engineers and does not care about their professional growth. Too much focus on billable hours and shaming the staff engineers for making mistakes.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
