A good place to get get experience as you will always be involved on multiple projects at the time, good training programs and decent benefits.
Cons
Not enough staff, project engineers and managers end up doing staff work regularly. Salaries are notoriously low for the industry while the hours are long and expectations are high. Opportunities to grow are limited as the company is extremely top heavy.
