Pros
- Friendly co-workers that are always willing to lend you a hand and are a pleasure to work with - Competitive pay and benefits packages - Diversity of projects, very rare that two projects are the same! Keeps things interesting - Growing emphasis on a "team" mentality, rather than a strict competitive environment - Great technical training and resources available throughout the company that are willing to train and teach when needed
Cons
- As several reviewers have already mentioned, there are sometimes an overwhelming number of projects assigned to staff and middle management, which causes high rates of burn-out - Not enough staff, causes a lot of late nights and non-billable hours - VERY client oriented (including low-budget projects, accelerated/unreasonable timelines, and sometimes decisions made to cut costs resulting in shortcuts) that add high levels of stress on staff and middle management
