      Some good people work here but due to limited upward mobility many leave, good work environment, and generally value continuing education

      Cons

      Some management lack management skills, Moving up requires limited knowledge. Upper Managers are very insecure and paranoid of those with true job abilities.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
