      Great firm. takes care of its employees. Very generous and fair compensation and benefits. Firm is well respected and the quality of its work is outstanding.

      Cons

      Hard work. Long working hours. however, it is a choice if you wish to move up quickly.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
