Pros
The projects are challenging and significant--the work you do has a tangible impact. Langan is strong on employee training and committed to its services; there's nothing Langan does that it isn't good at. The company is privately owned, which is a big plus in comparison to publicly-owned professional services companies. Overall, benefits package is good. Langan generally rewards hard-work and initiative.
Cons
As the company grows, it is becoming more bureacratic. Langan is an old company and reflects older principles and demographics. There isn't a lot of transparency in senior management. Not all of the shareholders live up to their title compared to the work product of the staff beneath them. Subpar employees are not adequantely held accountable in comparison to those that exceed expectations.
