Pros
Health Benefits are great compared to what some other companies are offering today. Managers are very willing to allow you to have a flexible schedule (i.e. work from home or another office). Compensation is competitive, if not better than other companies.
Cons
Corporate structure creates competition between shareholders resulting in inefficiences in management of work staff. Resource sharing between offices does not happen often as work is kept within your group. A combination of vacation and sick time to Personal Time Off (PTO) would be better.
