1. Everyone is looking out for themselves, don't trust the managers 2. They will lay you off the moment work stops coming in, managers are looking after their pay and don't think twice before cutting out team member, I was one of the top performer and even got promoted. Did the whole cross training and even went to night school to level up my skill but the moment that work stopped coming in I was given the pink slip. No acknowledgment for the multiple 2 AM shifts I worked and incompetence of managers were looked over. 3. Pay is subpar to industry standard and bonuses are low too
