Lack of life-work balance. Schedules change on weekly basis, been unable to plan for personal things (sports, friends, family). Grow opportunities, also mean, almost no room for personal time. Everything becomes related to the company. Base salaries are low for the amount of work and quality asked. Salary raises are between 4% to 6%, and not based on individual performance, but the group/office/company
