      A lot of good people at the company.

      Cons

      Guys this place is TOXIC. The micromanagement here is absolutely unreal. I got in trouble for being 1 minute late on multiple occasions. Also got in trouble for running an errand on my lunch break while working remotely. You’re expected to work WELL OVER 40 hours/week. Most people leave work and continue working from home.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
