      Pay, some nice managers/lower staff, fun happy hours and such

      Cons

      Blame game and pointing fingers every single day, incredibly negative managers, almost bullying mentality to work more hours, horrible work life balance, zero training or even a layout of expectations but they get pissed when you don’t meet them

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
