Pros
In my opinion, the only good thing was that it was a job that paid the bills.
Cons
In my experience, this is a very demanding work environment. Days often start early and run until near sundown, seven days a week, with limited breaks, which can lead to serious burnout. Mistakes are met with harsh consequences, including suspension or termination. The workplace is very toxic, making it intimidating and stressful. Communication from management was inconsistent, and support or guidance for employees was limited. Opportunities for growth or training were minimal, and overall employee morale seemed low. Pay and benefits were below industry standards for the demands of the job, and the work itself can be physically and mentally exhausting. Overall, in my personal opinion, the company prioritizes profit over employee well-being.
