I’ve enjoyed working for this company and appreciate the opportunities I’ve been given to grow professionally. Moving into a foreman role has allowed me to develop my leadership skills, take on more responsibility, and contribute to the success of our team. One of the company’s strengths is the hardworking people and the willingness of employees to help each other when needed. I also appreciate the emphasis placed on safety and producing quality work. Like any workplace, there are opportunities for improvement. Better communication between departments and more consistent follow-through on processes would help improve efficiency and reduce confusion. Providing additional training and development opportunities for leaders and employees would also benefit the team. Overall, I’m proud to be part of the company and look forward to continuing to grow in my role. I appreciate the support I’ve received and hope to contribute to making our workplace even stronger.

No winter layoffs. On the job training. Good wages and benefit package. Shops are clean and organized.

The hours can be long during construction season, but I work with pretty cool people who are fun to be around.
