I’ve enjoyed working for this company and appreciate the opportunities I’ve been given to grow professionally. Moving into a foreman role has allowed me to develop my leadership skills, take on more responsibility, and contribute to the success of our team.

Better communication between departments and more consistent follow-through on processes would help improve efficiency and reduce confusion.
