Strong leadership 6. Smart and hardworking coworkers who want to do the right thing to help the business grow and succeed. No slackers. 7. The interior design of the building is visually appealing and modern 8. They have a beer/ice-cream/water cart that rolls around every Friday which is a fun way to end the work week
Cons
1. For as much reinvestment into the company they continue to make, they oddly don't offer any filtered water in the break room. I thought that was a given in modern workplaces. 2. Building layout causes some people to not have any visibility to sunlight or windows from their desk
