Coworkers. You meet great people here. Coworkers become friends. Most coworkers are very friendly and understanding of what you go through.

Cons

The administration. I am surprised this hospital hasn't been run to the ground yet. They refuse to promote from within, and rather higher from outside. There is no room for growth in this organization.
