Very profit driven, instead of prioritizing patient care. Only reason there is so much opportunity for growth is the fact that there is very low staff retention due to low staff morale. Company has had a freeze on raises for several years, and their pay is already much lower than other area hospitals. Additionally the benefits are horrible, and you must see Larkin physicians or pay exorbitant copays.
