Pros

The coworkers are the best. Large base of design opportunities and growing standardization.

Cons

Upper management wants to have all bodies in the office "pre-pandemic". This is not typically necessary when offices are spread out and non-managerial staff do not need to be in office to function. They promote equality but when it comes to disability, that is another story.

Cons

Poor communication, seems as if they are slowly getting rid of their inspection department. You will be placed on a project and forgotten about most likely.
