I worked on the floor of the shop, helping pack up the parts. It seemed pretty typical of any factory job. The breaks are pretty fair.

There didn't seem to be much room for promotion unless you had technical training in something like welding.

Late minute expectations are unrealistic. Their “controller” be pushy always breathing behind your back. Always asking irrelevant questions, He needs to be evaluated by HR how he talks to employees.
