Pros
* Lots of great people * Flexible schedule * A CEO (founder) born and raised to do good, caring about “his” people more than anybody else I know (maybe sometimes too much), and therefore: * High comfort office spaces, NY, Silicon Valley template * Great work remote trips, team buildings * Amazing trainings done with some(times-not-enough-or-at-all-appreciated) effort * On-request-individual-trainings (of course for those showing some interest for themselves at least) * Surprisingly great individual/group rewards, with no expectation for that * High encouragement for a healthy life (sport events, equipment and dedicated space), and lots of moral support (at least in my case) * Loyalty - many people have been working here for over a decade
Cons
* Too good person as CEO, and therefore, sometimes some people taking advantage in objective discussions, professional/career/personal matters
