A low trust environment. People want to do all their work in back channels and DMs. Cross-org communication is challenging. Constant staff turnover makes it hard to get things done. I worry about the long term health of our business: feature flags are a commodity, yet we are charging premium pricing, and our overall offering isn't differentiated enough to justify the cost.
