Comp plan is very favorable. Low quotas and rich accelerators. Experienced sales leadership who are invested in coaching you up Large territories (50+ accounts) Paid on new and expansion Fairly weak competition Great core product
Cons
Short leash, particularly on activities like pipeline generation. Have seen reps fired for not doing “basics”. Buyer always has option to build it themselves. Makes for long sales cycle. Avg deal size only about $100k Only one good product to sell (though supposedly that is changing) Messaging changes too much
