Pros
$22.50 per hour, Direct Deposit, on time pay. Easy work if you know how to back a trailer and do not have back problems. Must tie doors open for safety which is a good thing, but most drivers do not want to get out and secure the doors open or closed.
Cons
At some of your assigned sites, there might be a Lead Driver, or maybe not, but there is very little supervision. If there are three drivers working there, if you are a good worker, you will often find yourself doing most of the work at the sire by yourself, while the other two drivers hide out under shade trees, avoiding work, but still getting the same pay. Report it to management, and they act concerned, but the problems seldom get fixed in a fair and equitable way in the Carlisle PA area.
